Job Description:
This role offers the chance to engage in content development, program administration, and operational optimization, ensuring the growth and efficacy of early career sales professionals. Be part of a transformative team dedicated to creating outstanding employee experiences and empowering global brands with exceptional digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain onboarding & developmental learning resources across Adobe's L&D platforms (Field Readiness, SharePoint, & ADU).
  • Generate and track early career sales enablement documentation assessing the impact of these initiatives.
  • Create new program documentation and learning tools for early career sellers, including both written and video content.
  • Support sales internship programs with comprehensive onboarding and development activities.
  • Streamline program tracking documents for enhanced efficiency and accuracy, driving operational improvements in content creation and consolidation processes.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in Instructional Writing & Design
  • Strong Program Management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Industry Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or a related field within the tech or digital products industry is preferred.
