JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, focusing on Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate on requirements gathering, deliver product demos, and develop detailed technical specifications.
  • Configure solutions based on design decisions, create prototypes, and conduct demos, including end-to-end testing with stakeholders.
  • Design and support robust data migration processes.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and solve functional and technical issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Modules, integrations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, WEBSERVICES (REST APIs), OBIEE, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Application Security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a rapid and changing environment, both independently and as part of a team.
