JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description: As a Solution Architect supporting HR Technology, you will be responsible for aligning HR technology solutions with our enterprise architecture and standards. You will provide guidance, oversight, and technical leadership for a diverse portfolio of systems and tools. Your contributions will be essential in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HR technology solutions to achieve our business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
- Conduct comprehensive architectural reviews of existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities
- Design scalable and secure solutions that comply with data privacy requirements
- Evaluate and manage third-party SaaS solutions to meet business needs and standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in HR technology or related domains
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and principles
- Experience with HR technology systems and implementing SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
