JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a Strategic Business Developer for Autodesk Forma, you will be focusing on driving adoption of Forma through engagement dialogues with customers and users, and providing thought-leadership of Forma. You will engage with the wider Autodesk sales organization, our Channel Partners and our Mid-market and Territory customers across North America on a 1:1, 1:few and 1:many basis, leveraging your sales skills and industry expertise, and collaborating closely to ensure successful use and adoption of Forma. The right candidate is a team player who wants to join an ambitious team setting out to disrupt an industry, with a great vision of helping building design professionals design better, more sustainable cities worldwide.
  • Support customer engagement and adoption by providing insight, enablement and guidance, tracking impact against business outcomes, and documenting value creation. Overall responsibility for the customers Autodesk Forma experience leveraging a deep understanding of Formas value proposition and functionality, and local industry knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with users and decision-makers as a trusted advisor by demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise. Collaborate closely with other Autodesk teams and other functions to support a scalable adoption of Autodesk Forma. Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, and growth opportunities and translate them into strategies for success. Ensure customer/user success, satisfaction, and loyalty in the use of Autodesk Forma by relentlessly capturing & understanding customer feedback.
  • Further improve Autodesk Formas product market fit for our customers by acting as a resource and voice of the customer for Formas product & technology organization by advising on development priorities utilizing customer insights. Strengthen our position in the North American market by supporting initiatives that boost adoption and awareness e.g conferences, webinars, user community events.
JOB REQUIREMENRS
  • Experience and a strong track record in customer facing roles, e.g., sales- or business development, sales, account management or similar. Crisp and clear communication skills in English, both written and oral. Thrives working autonomously
  • Ability to engage with customers across all North American time zones
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Valid passport & ability to travel up to 20% (including in particular: periodic travel to the US)
  • AEC (Architectural Engineering and Construction) industry experience
