Job Summary: This role drives operational excellence by leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to identify and execute projects that align with business objectives and foster a culture of efficiency. Success in this position involves actively mentoring others and contributing to ongoing process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Diagnose and resolve systemic operational issues.
  • Ensure successful implementation and validation of solutions.
  • Foster cross-functional synergy among improvement efforts.
  • Lead and mentor teams through project lifecycles.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving using root cause analysis.
  • Expertise in data analysis for process control.
