Job Summary:
In your role as an Incubation Operations Manager for the Partner Ecosystem Solution Development team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational framework that allows our solutions incubation practice to thrive. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring clear communication across internal teams to support solution development initiatives with our technology partners. This position serves as a backbone for our efforts in scaling, ensuring transparency, and enhancing executional rigor within our partner solution lifecycle, and requires someone capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in a technology, product, or partner ecosystem environment is preferred, highlighting the importance of familiarity with partner ecosystems, solution development, or infrastructure environments for this role.

- Own the day-to-day management of the Solution Incubation Practice, ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee the intake, triage, and tracking of new solution requests to maintain momentum in solution development.
- Evolve operational processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Manage and improve tooling and systems for effective solution tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Lead the delivery of clear, concise, and regular communications to stakeholders on the status and progress of solution development initiatives.
- Strong project and operational management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with operational tooling and dashboard/reporting systems.
