Pay Range: $45.00 - $53.00 Per Hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Incident Management and associated functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage data analytics tools (such as SQL and Tableau) for problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Maintain vigilance over systems through basic monitoring tools like Splunk and Wavefront.
- Facilitate cross-functional interactions for business recovery post-outage, including liaison with Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success departments.
- Contribute to the innovation and operational excellence required to scale our Fintech platform effectively.
- Proficient in Incident and Problem Management with a good understanding of the technical aspects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Tableau, and similar data analytics tools.
- Experience in a Fintech or banking environment, with a willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules, including occasional weekend shifts.
