JOB SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a dedicated member on the West Coast to support our access and infrastructure services remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing updates to existing processes and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Access Troubleshooting and Policy Updates. This role involves critical support activities for our core business processes and supports migration to new access control projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Tier 1 support for “Access Troubleshooting,” connecting the requestor to the most appropriate role or providing policy updates.
  • Fulfill Tier 1 & 2 requirements for “Policy Updates” to facilitate business access to data and tools.
  • Support access integrators with Tier 1 support: execute processes for access migrations as outlined in SOPs and design documents.
  • Support activities critical to core business processes.
  • Provide additional security operations support for migration activities related to a new access control project.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Advanced SQL Scripting.
  • Basic Linux Command Line Familiarity
  • Independent operation with >3 years of technical or business analyst experience

Industry Experience:

  • Previous experience in security operations or service roles with a focus on identity and access management is highly preferable.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management and operations delivery is essential for success in this role.
