• Summary: We are seeking an IAM Engineer with expertise in Tier 1 Support and Access Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging tickets, fulfilling policy updates, and providing support for access migrations. They should have experience in security operations and be comfortable working independently within predefined processes. Familiarity with Linux command line and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
• Triage and resolve tickets in the Payments Access Troubleshooting component.
• Fulfill policy updates to enable business access to payments data and tools.
• Support access migrations according to established processes.
• Provide operational support for payments sustainability and migration projects.
• Utilize proprietary Google tooling for identity and access management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Linux command line familiarity and ability to perform directory operations.
• Previous technical or business analyst experience in operating independently.
• Experience in security operations or service roles with stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Familiarity with Google tools and working knowledge of access management.
• 5+ years of prior business or technical analyst experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in identity and access management.
• Expertise in solving security issues and incidents.
