JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize security vulnerabilities in systems
- Develop and implement strategies for vulnerability management and remediation
- Design and build software solutions for high fidelity vulnerability contextualization and tracking
- Implement automation to improve operational efficiency in vulnerability management processes
- Dive into large datasets to identify opportunities for security posture improvement
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide mitigation recommendations
- Generate automated metrics to track vulnerability management progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security vulnerabilities and countermeasures
- Conduct regular security audits and maintain related documentation
- 5-7 years of experience in Vulnerability management and automating through coding
- Strong knowledge of OWASP, SANS 25, and security vulnerabilities
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or coding language (Python, Java, Ruby, Node)
- Understanding of cloud and containers infrastructure
