This position is for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-complexity technical programs in a hands-on, execution-focused role. The successful candidate will orchestrate cross-functional teams of 40+ engineers, ensuring the seamless delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completion, while serving as the main point of contact for execution status, risk, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with 40+ engineers ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams from initiation to delivery.
• Create and manage detailed program artifacts including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work-back plans, and critical path analysis.
• Architect and manage advanced Smartsheet configurations for complex projects with automated workflows, cross-sheet formulas, and executive dashboards.
• Proactively identify risks and technical dependencies, developing actionable mitigation plans.
• Engage in technical discussions, leveraging domain expertise in enterprise cloud environments (AWS, GCP) to inform engineering estimates and timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced mastery of Smartsheet, with demonstrated experience in complex project management applications.
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale engineering programs (40+ participants).
• Deep understanding of technical and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP).

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in managing programs within large technology organizations, with a preference for backgrounds in software development or systems engineering before transitioning into program management roles.

This role does not require specific domain experience but requires a substantial breadth of experience in IT program management without being constrained to a particular domain like Security or Infrastructure.
