Pay Range: $85.00 - $95.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to take the lead on a high-priority digital transformation initiative within the organisation. This role involves working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, project alignment, and the successful delivery of technical requirements. The ideal candidate will drive the technology team towards accomplishing critical milestones, maintain high project standards, and manage end-to-end testing, UAT, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical team members and business stakeholders to drive project alignment and progress.
  • Manage relationships with project partners, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing, UAT, and production activities, ensuring technical requirements are fully met.
  • Track and monitor project risks, issues, and decisions, effectively communicating these to business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other tech teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Technical Program Management and leading large digital transformation programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in enterprise systems, particularly with a focus on digital transformation initiatives, is required for this role.

Education & Leadership: A BS Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering is preferred, together with 8+ years of experience in leading complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
