Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
In this high-impact role, the Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of program strategies, ensuring seamless integration with business and portfolio goals. The role entails prioritizing initiatives, identifying risks, and effectively communicating program plans and statuses to a diverse stakeholder audience. This position is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and guiding programs to successful completion within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution and strategy alignment of the program with business and portfolio objectives.
  • Prioritize program initiatives, manage risks, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with a broad audience about the program’s goals, status, and risks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies within assigned programs.
  • Develop a risk mitigation plan and leverage data and principles to assess program progress.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven ability in technical program management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in leading SaaS-driven or cloud-native software development projects is required.
