Job Summary:

This role requires a seasoned leader to orchestrate complex technical programs and ensure alignment with overarching business and portfolio strategies. You will be responsible for defining program roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating progress to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will excel at dependency management and translating strategic goals into actionable plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the overall program plan, integrating business, portfolio, and program strategies.
  • Prioritize initiatives, identifying trade-offs and surfacing risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate program status, goals, and success criteria to various audiences.
  • Lead dependency management across cross-functional teams for assigned programs.
  • Develop clear decision-making principles and provide data-backed recommendations.
Must Have Skills:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs.
  • Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills within a matrixed organization.
