Location: San Diego CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Program Management Specialist to oversee the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of our tech programs. This role involves negotiating and preparing contracts, developing new business, ensuring program adherence to plans and budgets, and advising the program team. The ideal candidate will use their skills to ensure our projects are completed on time and uplift our company's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, considering financial conditions and contractual requirements.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the product line.
  • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, and develop solutions to program problems.
  • Act as advisor to the program team on projects, tasks, and operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expert level in vendor and third-party technology governance.
  • Strong proficiency in optimization analysis and Google Suite.
  • Advanced skills in contract negotiation and procurement processes.

Industry Experience: Experience in technology program management or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates having demonstrated success in tech vendor management and cross-organizational coordination.

Education: Relevant educational background in Business, Technology, or related fields is preferred.
