This role aims to achieve key performance indicators like savings, supplier rationalization, and risk management through global sourcing strategies and continuous performance improvement. Ideal candidates should come with a strong background in procurement/sourcing in mid to large multinational companies, with significant experience in category management and a consultative approach to cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to global IT category tail spend initiatives to improve performance indicators.
- Support the execution of global sourcing strategies to align with business needs and goals.
- Engage and support procurement teams to qualify preferred suppliers and migrate spend efficiently.
- Analyze supplier performance data for continuous improvement and risk management.
- Lead negotiations for global agreements that are aligned with category strategy and business objectives.
- Proven expertise in negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis.
- Experience in global sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Experience in highly regulated industries is necessary.
- Preferably with a background in life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies.
