Pay Range: $45-$50/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving IT network systems, processes, and technology products. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality IT service delivery. A key focus will be on identifying and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance and resolve incidents.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
  • Optimize business processes and develop enterprise standards.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams on product delivery.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in ITIL or similar process frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the utility industry is preferred for this role.
