Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Pleasanton, CA (#LI - Onsite) 
Pay Range: $35-$40/Hr.

Job Summary:
This role is crucial for providing direct technical assistance to employees, resolving complex hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure seamless technology operations for the user community. They will also contribute to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure through troubleshooting and potential project involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide desk-side and remote technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Participate in IT projects and infrastructure development.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum one year of IT computer field support experience.
  • Strong understanding of desktop and mobile computing devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot enterprise network environments.

Industry Experience:
This role requires experience supporting technology within a large, diverse enterprise environment where IT systems are critical for day-to-day operations across various departments.
