JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to spearhead the development and implementation of automation solutions across various business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with process owners and teams across the organization to enhance efficiency through innovative automation solutions, ensuring these solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. This role involves detailed documentation of processes, creating Process Design Documents (PDDs), developing automation components, and supporting the transition to automated systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with teams and process owners to identify automation opportunities and document current and desired future states.
• Create and refine Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA and/or APA developments.
• Develop automation components, particularly utilizing Alteryx, and support the testing and implementation of these solutions.
• Train process owners on newly implemented automated solutions and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends in automation and data tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge in these areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Alteryx for APA development.
• Strong experience in documenting processes and creating detailed process flowcharts.
• Excellent ability in translating business requirements into technical specifications for automation.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in HR process automation and familiarity with systems like Workday and ADP preferred.
• Experience in data processing, transformation, and visualization considered a plus.

Location: This is a hybrid role, open to candidates in San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA.
