JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 7+ years of experience in banking or the FinTech industries with a focus on incident management and customer service roles.
- Incident Management (Engineering exposure - tech knowhow is good enough)
- Problem Management (understands handshake between Incident and Problem Management)
- Data Analytics (SQL, Tableau etc.). Experience in Automation a huge plus - superior expertise
- Monitoring (Splunk, Wavefront etc.) - basic understanding
