Primary Skills: Enterprise application support (advanced), Linux troubleshooting (advanced), SQL/Oracle (advanced), Production incident management (advanced), Webservices support (intermediate)
Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-$65/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role involves supporting large-scale enterprise applications, focusing on maintaining their operational stability and resolving technical issues. You will utilize your expertise in Linux environments and SQL databases to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents. The position requires proactive monitoring and effective management of application integrations and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues.
  • Monitor system performance and address alerts.
  • Analyze system logs for root cause analysis.
  • Support application integrations and web services.
  • Document support processes and resolutions.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
  • Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with SQL/Oracle for data analysis and resolution.

Industry Experience:
Experience in IT application operations within a utility or energy sector is preferred.
