JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs in-house servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
- Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products and Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
- May communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact.
- Survey Tip: Incumbents who regularly perform repairs or servicing at client sites should be matched to Field Service/Support Technician (8821-8825).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidate has healthcare IT experience managing the maintenance of medical devices and experience with Inventory Management, Logistics, and virtual server setup and maintenance.
