JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Tech Delivery Manager supports oversight and coordination of delivery work across multiple Scrum teams. The TDM is a process subject matter expert in Agile delivery management, system development and program management.
- Responsible for coordinating team efforts to ensure alignment and delivery to complete large Strategic Initiatives and business objectives.
- Provide oversight and support to multiple Scrum teams working toward a common Strategic Initiative or other aligned business objective through regular planning and coordination meetings.
- Assist in developing common standards, routines, and delivery practices for specified initiatives based on Scrum and Agile best practices with accommodation for scaling across multiple teams.
- Ensure and foster adherence to our financial client Technology Operating Model.
- Build and support ongoing monitoring and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and achievement of objectives across teams leveraging both qualitative user input and quantitative Jira data.
- Provide consultative coaching and support for team members across the delivery structure. Serve as a mentor for Scrum master’s embedded in the aligned Scrum Teams.
- Ensure and enable clear communication channels and constant collaboration within and across teams.
- Provide regular updates to leadership to confirm alignment to objectives, status toward delivery milestones, and to ensure timely escalation of issues and risks as necessary.
