Job Summary:
The Global People Operations Associate at PX Department will support and manage various employee life-cycle processes including pre/onboarding, maintenance of personal and employment data, and offboarding. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, requiring proactive collaboration across global teams to deliver a stellar employee experience. Based in Chennai, the role demands continuous interaction with employees through various channels and ensures compliance with HR operations standards globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support via the Global AskPX Help Desk, answering queries and managing employee interactions across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS (Workday), ensuring compliance with local laws and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate training and maintain operational dashboards to monitor PX service standards and metrics.
  • Manage onboarding and orientations to ensure a superior initial experience for new hires in India.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to update HR systems with critical employee data and support payroll and benefits administration.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Industry Experience:
Experience in multinational corporations with decentralized operations across various regions.
