Job Summary:
This role is central to leading technical deliverables for Expert Care services directly funded by customers, focusing on network level problem resolution and proactive analysis to avoid recurring issues. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customer operational teams, delivering exceptional reactive support along with valuable insights through Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis. The role involves significant customer interaction including Transfer of Information sessions to enhance customer skills and leading technical discussions during Quarterly Business Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in a customer-facing role within the tech support, network support, or IT service industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive network level problem resolution beyond just device level issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer’s operational teams, mainly Service Operations or Network Support.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis and provide Software Referrals to customers.
- Deliver Reactive Trend Analysis to identify and manage recurring network problems proactively.
- Lead the technical aspects of Quarterly Business Reviews, establishing trust and articulating value to the customer.
- trong expertise in Networking and Troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues.
