JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues in person and remotely, including video conferencing and virtual support via phone/chat.
- Log all service desk interactions in Incident Management System (e.g., ServiceNow) and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Manage installations, upgrades, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals, focusing on security and encryption tools.
- Assist with access to systems and servers, support remote employees, and maintain Exchange and distribution lists.
- Take charge of small projects, contribute to team discussions with insights on call trends, and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases and process documentation.
- Proven experience with Mac OS X & Windows 7/10 support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, showcasing excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills..
