JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a skilled individual with a substantial understanding of performing moderately difficult assignments, using judgment to resolve issues or making recommendations. The ideal candidate will focus on supporting our team and enhancing our facility infrastructure through preventative and corrective maintenance measures. This role is fully onsite and offers a great opportunity for growth and skill development.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance checks and repairs on facility components, including monitoring and resolving issues via the Building Monitoring System.
• Operate and maintain critical infrastructures including plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems under senior technical staff supervision.
• Support vendor maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with clients' standard operating procedures.
• Perform site administration tasks and respond to incidents, identifying single points of failure and making informed recommendations.
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects and provide support for work orders, troubleshooting, and maintenance of office and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Electrical Work, especially in a commercial setting.
• Preferred experience with service work, inspection, and commissioning.
• Background in HVC operations and maintenance with a solid understanding of systems.
• Capability to undertake UPS maintenance tasks and familiarity with plumbing and fire safety systems.
