Location: Plantation, FL (2 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team in our Plantation, FL office. This entry-level position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong orientation towards customer service and detail. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR-related inquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring the efficient triage and assignment of tasks to the appropriate teams or individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and triage tickets and issues submitted through ServiceNow.
  • Assign cases to the appropriate HR contact swiftly and accurately.
  • Offer insights on the organization of the HR Service Catalog in ServiceNow.
  • Assist with the research and tracking of case issues and metrics.
  • Support in decreasing triaging traffic by standardizing self-service support and provide Tier 1 inbound phone support for HR Shared Services.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
  • Strong customer service focus and passion for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
