Job Summary:

This role is designated for an HR Specialist to strategically manage human resources activities, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. The specialist will focus on enhancing organizational development through tasks such as employee compensation, recruitment policies, and adherence to personnel laws. The position provides an opportunity to directly influence workforce satisfaction and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, as well as benefit and compensation policies.
  • Evaluate job positions to define classification, status, and salary.
  • Develop occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel records and developing handbooks.
  • Generate reports to summarize job analysis, evaluation, and compensation information.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of legal hiring practices and benefit systems.

Industry Experience:
Prior experience in HR or a closely related field, dealing with policy, compensation, and regulatory compliance preferred.
