Pay Range: $65 -$70 per hour


JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to advance our global HR Service Delivery strategy, focusing on enhancing the digital HR services on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves driving continuous improvement, optimizing employee service experiences, and maintaining high-quality standards. You'll partner with various teams to streamline HR workflows and ensure services are globally consistent and accessible.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Execute on HRSD governance and continuous improvement priorities to enhance service quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Support governance routines, ensuring global HR service taxonomy aligns with enterprise standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging service metrics, employee feedback, and workflow assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine HR services, address pain points, and implement roadmap-aligned enhancements.
  • Optimize AI-enabled support channels and contribute to release readiness by validating service changes and supporting adoption.
Must Have Skills
  • Profound understanding of ServiceNow HRSD platform and functionalities.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and service optimizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Industry Experience Required
  • 5+ years in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, Shared Services, or HR technology, with a preference for ServiceNow experience.
