Location: Portland, Texas or Atlanta (#LI-Remote)
Pay Range: $40 to $45 per hour

Job Summary:
This temporary role, available in Portland, Oregon, Texas, or Atlanta, Georgia, is primarily remote with potential office work if nearby to the client location. It's designed to fill in for an employee on leave, offering support to employees through the People Support (AskPPL) team. The role demands flexibility in working hours, particularly at the start for training purposes, and centers around delivering outstanding HR support and service improvements based on employee interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure reliable and consistent support for employees.
  • Triage and manage HR query case queue effectively, providing first-contact resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of global and regional HR policies and processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support for Verification of Employment, Business Visa letters, etc.
  • Contribute to L&OD operational activities and support all Tier 1 tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate on feedback enhancement for service delivery and generate relevant performance reports.
Must-Have Skills:
  • General HR or HR Shared Services experience
  • Experience in handling US benefits inquiries
  • Capability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
