Duration:  12 Months
Location: West Palm Beach, FL, United States 
Pay Range: $20-$22/hr W2


Job Summary:
This role focuses on supporting HR operations through high-volume transaction processing and complex issue resolution. The specialist will manage employee lifecycle events, resolve escalated HR inquiries, and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. They will collaborate with various HR functions to deliver efficient and compliant HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately in Workday.
  • Resolve complex HR operational issues and escalated cases.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational problems.
  • Validate HR transaction accuracy and data integrity.
  • Improve HR operational processes for efficiency and employee experience.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of HR Operations experience.
  • Hands-on Workday Core HCM transaction processing.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR case management.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience supporting U.S. HR operations within large, complex organizations, specifically focusing on employee lifecycle processes, compensation, and data management.
