JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and close out data-related tickets in a timely manner.
- Lead data cleanup projects and HR efforts for entity merge and M&A projects.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and internal partners for org changes and system integrations.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Analyze business process issues and recommend improvements.
- HR domain knowledge and operations experience.
- Proficiency in Workday and experience processing EIBs.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
