Job Summary:
This HR Business Partner role supports the Customer Experience organization, partnering with leadership to drive essential people programs and enhance the employee lifecycle. You will address employee relations issues and contribute to strengthening local office culture while aligning with global HR frameworks. The position requires coaching managers and ensuring efficient, effective HR operations within the India presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business parterning, employee relation ship
Industry Experience: Experience supporting customer experience organizations within the tech or fintech industry is preferred.

Manage end-to-end HRBP partnership for CX organization.

Resolve employee relations matters with local context awareness.

Enhance local office culture and processes.

Coach front-line managers on development and planning.

Improve employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.

Proven experience in employee relations management.

Strong knowledge of Indian employment regulations.

Ability to manage people programs at scale.
