Job Summary:
Join the dynamic Global Events Partnerships team of our client, where your role as a Senior Programs Operations Manager will center around enhancing the company's event partnerships to drive impactful business results while fostering community connections. Your expertise will help in developing, managing, and scaling operations for event partnerships, alongside supporting strategic initiatives for more efficient and impactful collaboration. This role is pivotal in establishing a centralized and scalable Events Partnerships Model that will amplify the company’s efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of program plans and operating systems for select event partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Champion operational processes and tracking, delivering comprehensive reports to leadership and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and roadmaps for replicable and scalable event partnership assets, enhancing global events strategy.
  • Own the budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning for events, optimizing resources and assets to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitate global training as necessary and provide leadership with insights and metrics to inform strategic decisions and achieve key results.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven program/project management expertise in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Asana).
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in global events management, partnerships, or business development within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations is highly desirable.
