Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Specialist to lead continuous improvement and optimize processes within our Shared Services team. This role demands a proficient command over ServiceNow, including HRSD, to design self-service portals, integrate AI chatbots, and automate workflow. The successful candidate will champion initiatives enhancing service delivery, fostering automation, and empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in Shared Services, Process Improvement, or Business Operations, particularly within organizations that leverage ServiceNow for service delivery and process automation. Familiarity with compliance and knowledge management within the HR, Finance, or IT domains is highly beneficial.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Specialist to lead continuous improvement and optimize processes within our Shared Services team. This role demands a proficient command over ServiceNow, including HRSD, to design self-service portals, integrate AI chatbots, and automate workflow. The successful candidate will champion initiatives enhancing service delivery, fostering automation, and empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD for workflow optimization and automation in the Shared Services team.
- Lead the development and integration of AI-powered self-service portals and chatbots for improved case routing and knowledge management.
- Analyze ServiceNow process workflows, dashboards, and performance analytics to ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues, ensuring seamless service delivery and collaborating closely with TDI for system enhancements and bug resolution.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and external vendor collaboration for ServiceNow and chatbot enhancements.
- Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including portal design and workflow configuration.
- Demonstrated ability in AI-powered self-service portal design and chatbot integration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and data visualization tools.
