Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a People Operational Excellence Specialist to enhance how work is carried out within People Operations by focusing on HR operations, process design, digital enablement, and AI. The goal is to streamline, standardize, and scale operations to boost efficiency and impact. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming People Operations processes with AI and automation, acting as the link between HR and IT, shaping the integration of tools like Workday and ServiceNow to support a scalable, data-rich service model.
Key Responsibilities:
Background in high-growth technology environments is preferred.

Job Summary:

The goal is to streamline, standardize, and scale operations to boost efficiency and impact. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming People Operations processes with AI and automation, acting as the link between HR and IT, shaping the integration of tools like Workday and ServiceNow to support a scalable, data-rich service model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply AI, workflow automation, and improved knowledge management to elevate the People Operations function.
- Facilitate seamless collusion between People Operations and Systems, ensuring optimal functionality of the tech stack including Workday, ServiceNow, and AI tools.
- Manage and document process interdependencies, team requirements, system usage, and the impact of changes.
- Drive decision-making processes through data analysis for improvement and success metric areas.
- Lead projects to optimize People Operations workflows, identifying standardization, centralization, or redesign opportunities, and implement AI and automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.
- Experience in process redesign and HR operational improvements.
- Ability to use data for decision-making and improvements.
