Job Summary:
This role is crucial for establishing and maintaining a world-class Business Process Management (BPM) operating model for global payroll operations across 90+ countries. The ideal candidate will standardize and create process documentation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure consistency across all regions. This position requires strong collaboration with payroll SMEs, leadership reporting, and the ability to drive projects independently.

Job Summary:
This role is crucial for establishing and maintaining a world-class Business Process Management (BPM) operating model for global payroll operations across 90+ countries. The ideal candidate will standardize and create process documentation, drive continuous improvement, and ensure consistency across all regions. This position requires strong collaboration with payroll SMEs, leadership reporting, and the ability to drive projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify Standard Operating Procedures, payroll checklists, and process flows for 90+ countries.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain consistency in documentation templates globally.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of process documentation with regional and country leads.
- Develop action plans and lead cross-functional efforts for incremental BPM improvements.
- Provide regular status updates on BPM efforts to the leadership team.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Business Process Management.
- Hands-on experience in documenting business processes, creating process flows, and leading BPM initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in global payroll operations is advantageous.
