Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

This role is crucial for driving paid marketing initiatives by providing expert support for complex campaigns. You will engineer and manage audience data, ensuring its accuracy across various paid platforms. Additionally, you will oversee the technical operations and troubleshooting of these marketing channels to optimize campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine SQL queries for audience segmentation and data transformation.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of audience segment creation and validation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical tracking and attribution issues.
  • Integrate and scale new marketing channels with appropriate data signals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and audience building.
  • Hands-on experience with paid marketing platforms and campaign activation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders effectively.

Experience in the financial technology or consumer-facing digital services industry is preferred.
