Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Terraform to join our Customer Developer Tooling team to enhance the developer experience through our authentication and identity management solutions. The role requires a blend of software engineering expertise, empathy for developers, and self-direction to deliver high-quality open-source tooling and features. This position involves collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure our products provide an exceptional experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop new features and maintain products such as CLI tooling and Terraform providers.
  • Directly shape and develop our open-source repositories, championing best practices.
  • Engage directly with the community, representing Auth0 and driving developer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to deliver features that delight our customers.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experiences with our products through continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in Golang and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with developing tools for developers, such as CLIs.
  • Strong experience with Terraform and developing Terraform providers.

Industry Experience: Experience in identity and access management is a bonus, but not required. Hybrid work model requiring 2 days a week in-office presence is a must.
