Job Summary:
This role drives end-to-end Sales Play execution within a Go-To-Market organization. The successful candidate will initiate, plan, execute, and report on GTM programs, partnering cross-functionally to align sales plays with global and regional priorities. This position requires a blend of strong project management discipline, business acumen, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Play lifecycle from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and reporting best practices.
Develop strategic insights and identify innovations to enhance existing Sales Play programs.
Govern and refresh Sales Play content, ensuring alignment with industry solutions and asset management frameworks.
Communicate complex GTM strategies clearly to executive stakeholders through progress reports and presentations.
Activate Sales Plays by incorporating GTM goals, leveraging product understanding, and collaborating with relevant teams.


Must-Have Skills:
Proven project management expertise with a track record of successful program delivery.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic GTM initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders.
Industry Experience:
Not explicitly required, but GTM experience within a technology or software company is highly beneficial.
