JOB SUMMARY:
This position involves direct reporting to the Senior Manager, focusing on maintaining travel policies and improving customer service. The role requires hands-on management of travel technology systems, ensuring operational efficiency, system uptime, and handling customer service escalations effectively. A strong base in Travel Technology, keen problem-solving abilities, and proficient communication skills are vital.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Execute and maintain systematic travel rules and policies.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation and efficiency of Global Travel Technology.
  • Manage system enhancements to improve overall functionality and user experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for error management and customer service escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to communicate issues and solutions effectively.

Must have Skills:
  • Proven experience in Travel Technology systems (e.g., Concur, Sabre).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Industry Experience:
Experience on a managed corporate Global Travel Team or within a corporate travel agency is essential.
