Job Summary:
As a Global Executive Talent Intelligence Specialist, you will utilize deep analytical skills to identify market trends, competitive insights, and high-quality executive candidates, enhancing our strategic talent decisions. You will develop robust talent maps and pipelines while working closely with Executive Recruitment teams to align insights with business strategies. The role demands cutting-edge IT tool proficiency for effective data management and visualization to support decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create comprehensive talent maps and maintain pipelines for executive role succession planning.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top executive talent globally.
  • Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and opportunities, shaping executive-level recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that communicate insights and inform executive stakeholder decisions.
Must Have Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and executive candidate engagement.
  • Skilled in IT tools for effective data management and analysis.
Domain Experience Required:
  • Extensive experience in talent intelligence, particularly within executive search or talent acquisition, is essential.
  • Proven track record in leveraging data for strategic decision-making at the executive level.
