Job Summary:
The Global Project Manager in the Portfolio Lifecycle Operations (PLO) team is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle management of multi-port medical devices, from commercialization to obsolescence. Key responsibilities include managing international product launches, coordinating with cross-functional global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and launch readiness, and establishing operational processes for market entry. The role demands strong project management skills with a focus on maintaining alignment across technical, commercial, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project timelines, identify critical paths, and execute risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with global teams such as Regulatory, Quality, and Logistics to ensure alignment and readiness for product launch.
  • Facilitate forums for core team discussions to maintain transparency in risks and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance requirements for new regional markets and streamline scalable processes.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of tools and systems to enhance lifecycle operations and operational excellence.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced project management expertise specifically in medical devices.
  • Strong capability in documentation, communication, and organizational management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience in medical device industry, demonstrating thorough understanding of product lifecycle management, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics in global regulated markets.
This role requires onsite presence as defined by leadership and involves coordinating across different time zones.
