Pay Range: $48 - $53 per hour. on W2


Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, the Manager of Operations will join the Global Marketing Organization, directly supporting the Global Consumer Insights team. This position requires quick mastery of client's business practices to collaborate effectively across various departments—including Marketing, Finance, and Legal—to facilitate and execute operational strategies. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize workflows for budgeting, supplier contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of contract submissions, coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Maintain and oversee the budget tracker, ensuring timely processing of contracts and purchase orders, and accurate accruals.
  • Facilitate close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers to the organization.
  • Lead budget planning sessions on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with various internal teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews with six key strategic suppliers within the Global Consumer Insights.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in project management with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence both internally and externally.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, preferably within marketing operations or a similar field.
  • Agency account management experience is considered a valuable asset.
