Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace environment by overseeing daily facility operations and vendor performance. You will be the primary point of contact for team members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and seamless operations. This senior individual contributor position will also mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills:
  • Manage daily facility operations and inspections.
  • Oversee vendor performance and service level agreements.
  • Enhance the workplace experience for all.
  • Coordinate facility improvement projects.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or property management is required for this role.
