Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Austin, TX (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $50-$55/Hr. on W2


Job Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing the global customer service experience through full-stack development. You will contribute to both backend services and APIs, as well as building user-facing web applications and internal tools. The position involves hands-on coding, collaboration with senior engineers, and owning well-scoped features under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain both frontend and backend software components.
  • Build and improve web applications and APIs for improved functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code for applications.
  • Engage in code reviews and team development processes.
  • Aid in the development of AI-enhanced features and automations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java or a similar backend language.
  • Experience developing and maintaining frontend web applications.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Industry Experience:
Experience in e-commerce or customer service technology is preferred.
