Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for production issues.
- Troubleshoot/debug and apply fixes to internally developed code across React, Javascript, Python, and JAVA environments.
- Execute SQL queries to explore and resolve issues and monitor feature metrics.
- Update, track, and resolve technical challenges in partnership with the development team.
- Contribute to the automation of support processes and documentation of systems.
- Advanced proficiency in React and intermediate in Python and SQL.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and CI/CD implementation.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
