You'll be at the forefront of addressing and developing solutions for all incoming production software application issues within our merchandising applications, directly influencing customer experience. Key responsibilities will entail developing monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and rectifying issues within our own created codebase, handling SQL queries, and enhancing the tools that gather metrics on our features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for production software issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, focusing on Perl, C/C++, and JAVA environments.
- Execute SQL queries to address and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software.
- Automate support processes and document system configurations and updates.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and React.
- Hands-on experience in system design, including high-level and low-level architecture.
- Strong experience with data structures & algorithms and System Design.
Industry Experience:
- A background in software development within retail or e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
