Pay Range: $80 - $90 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack AI Application Developer to design and develop scalable applications focusing on AI-driven functionality using Python and React JS. This role involves enhancing AI-powered tools, integrating AI/ML services, and collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams to transform complex AI-driven use cases into robust applications. Ideal candidates will actively contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and embrace emerging AI technologies to elevate product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications emphasizing AI-driven functionalities.
  • Integrate and enhance AI/ML services such as Azure OpenAI and LLM APIs into internal tools and systems.
  • Implement modern AI techniques including prompt engineering and model integration within application features.
  • Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are robust and secure.
  • Remain updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React JS preferred).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and familiarity with AI-driven application development within tech-focused industries is highly desirable.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with 3–5 years of experience in software development, focusing on full-stack or backend systems.
